Aim

The SOUNDSCAPE project is funded by the 2014 - 2020 Interreg V-A Italy - Croatia CBC Programme funded by the European Union within the “Call for proposal 2017 Standard, Priority Axis:Environment and cultural heritage within the specific call objective 3.2 - Contribute to protect and restore biodiversity. The main objective of the project is to create a cross-border technical, scientific and institutional cooperation to face together the challenge of assessing the impact of underwater environmental noise on the marine fauna and in general on the Northern Adriatic Sea (NAS) ecosystem. This cooperation aims to ensure an efficient protection of marine biodiversity and to develop a sustainable use of marine and coastal ecosystems and resources.
